Join the hands-on team at our Los Angeles manufacturing base and directly influence the quality of every garment we sell. The Apparel Production Assistant is a crucial, on-site role that ensures our leotards meet rigorous specifications, from initial design sampling to final bulk production. You will be immersed in the factory setting, using your strong knowledge of garment construction and technical specs to manage timelines, perform essential QC checks, and coordinate materials. Take ownership of Destira's visual identity and help us fine tune our creative machine. This hybrid role is the operational driver and hands-on creative lead for all visual content, from website graphics and digital ads to full campaign photoshoots. You will implement scalable DAM systems and, along with the Sr. Director of Marketing, lead the full lifecycle of content creation, ensuring absolute brand consistency across all channels. While this is a remote position, it requires a mandatory on-site presence in California (at-minimum, on a quarterly basis) to directly manage and art-direct the production of high-quality, on-brand assets that empower young athletes.

Destira is scouting the Bay Area for gymnasts to be our fit models for new product development and fashion models to be featured on our website and marketing collateral for Destira.com. All photography sessions will be held in/near San Carlos, California quarterly. This is a volunteer position, but be compensated with a Destira leotard and a lot of FUN!
